      سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی

 

استاندارد ایزو 18001 که به OHSAS 18801 شناخته می شود مخفف کلمات Occupational  ealth and

       Safety Assesment Series است که به معنی سری ارزیابی ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی می باشد و قابل استفاده در سازمان های تولید، صنعتی و خدماتی است که احتمال بالقوه ایجاد حادثه (در همان لحظه) و بیماریهای شغلی برای ذینفعان سازمان شامل کارکنان، مشتریان، ارباب رجوع،تامین کنندگان و سایر افراد مرتبط در آینده وجود دارد.

 

      سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی با شناسایی، ارزیابی و تحت کنترل درآوردن ریسکهای بالقوه با همکاری و مشارکت تمام کارکنان سازمان از جمله  کارکنان مرتبط و با پشتیبانی و حمایت مدیریت ارشد مجموعه از ایجاد حوادث و بیماری های شغلی جلو گیری مینماید و در واقع از به هدر رفتن سرمایه های سازمان از قبیل سرمایه نقدی(پول) از بابت خسارت مالی و جانی،جریمه های قانونی و..سرمایه های انسانی از بابت از دست دادن کارکنان باارزش و کلیدی جلوگیری می نماید.
